DESCRIPTION:Overview\n\n\n\n\nJoin us for the Celebration of Christian Creativity\, a fun and inspiring day of creativity\, fellowship\, and faith. \n\n\n\n\nAbout the Event \nEvent open to all creatives over 18s ! \nThis October\, the crafting outreach group – Make Do\, Mend and Create celebrates its 5th birthday. Over the last five years we have shared life together through creativity\, conversation\, friendship\, and community. \nThis special event is an opportunity to celebrate all that has happened over those five years\, while also looking ahead to a new season for the group and of course\, there will be cake! \nThe day is a celebration of creativity\, which we believe is a gift from God. There will be short creative Christian reflections at the beginning of both the morning and afternoon sessions. Included in the ticket price are two workshops led by Christian artists and makers. \nWorkshop Choices \n\nStitching a Badge – Sue Judd\nRubber Stamp Carving – Rachael Baylis\nGel Plate Printing – Sarah Anderson\nMachine Free-Motion Embroidery – Leah Stuart\nBible Art Journaling for Those Who Can’t Draw – Ange Parker\n\nPlaces in each workshop are limited. When booking\, you will be asked select two workshops.
