Venue, performance, catering and access information
Firstly, we have made changes to our registration process which will now havethe quickest registration process we have ever had and you will be pleased to know that you will be allowed to eat in the auditorium.
There is limited free parking at the venue car park on site.
The doors will open at 5.30pm and the show will start at 7.00pm (give or take 5-10 minutes). As you already know, our show will not start any later than this so please be on time or you will potentially miss parts of the show.
There will be 2 entrances for attendees, 1 for standard ticket holders and 1 for Premium ticket holders.If you have purchased premium seating tickets, please make your way to the premium entrance as you will not have to queue.
Premium ticket holders have designated seating allocated on their ticket.
Standard seating may sit anywhere where a seat is available including together in groups, anywhere where seats are available apart from within the premium seating area.
On arrival you will be asked for your ticket QR code by the registration staff who will register your arrival.

There will be a catering company on site, this company is a separate entity to Farrell Productions.
Farrell Productions have gone through an extensive and rigorous process to select this catering company, and we have every confidence that they will be able to provide an outstanding service and answer any questions you may have as they are a professional company that provides catering services to large professional corporations.

There will be a 10 minute announcement advising of the start of the show at the beginning of the show and at the start of the second half.
No alcohol can be consumed on the premises.
The show will be audio and video recorded and the edited copies may be used by Farrell Productions for use as they see fit.
The show will not be streamed and recordings of the show will not be for sale.
There will be security and stewards on site and in the car park including first aiders and fire Marshalls.
The venue has disability access and disability parking on site.
